I admire her beauty, her life, the joy that she brings into my life. Then I think what the world look like if all the flowers decided that they didn’t want to grow, that they didn’t like change, and that the world was too corrupt for them to show up. We would be left without knowing the extension of God’s beauty through a flower; we would never know her sweet fragrance or her vibrant colors, all because she decided that she didn’t want to change because it was too scary.
I see humans like flowers, full of unlimited potential if only they would allow change to transform them, if only they would follow the light and let go of what was. Detached from yesterday and being fully present in the NOW. Gracefully ageing and giving back what was given to them by the divine, not holding back and fully expressing God’s beauty. And just simply being.
Nature is a great teacher, medicine for the soul, and a playground for the child at heart.
