Biological clock?

“Any time women come together with a collective intention, it’s a powerful thing. Whether it’s sitting down making a quilt, in a kitchen preparing a meal, in a club reading the same book, or around the table playing cards, or planning a birthday party, when women come together with a collective intention, magic happens.”-Phylicia Rashad

I always find it comical when a young woman stresses about her biological clock, it’s the most ridiculous thing society has come up with. Not only does it put stress on a woman, but how realistic is it? Why do we give doctors so much credit over our bodies?! Why?! I think we need to have more faith in our bodies, more faith in life, and definitely more faith in our creator. I know of several women who have had perfectly healthy babies later in life, not only that but at least one of them had a home birth, how about that!

I can easily say that, in American society at least, there is this unreasonable pressure for women to marry at a certain age and have kids at a certain age. But why? Who made these rules up? I will always question the norms of society so long as women are seen as inferior human beings. Ladies, it’s our bodies, we know them better than anyone else, don’t let people push you over into something that does not feel right. Our temples (bodies) hold more wisdom than any man-made building created, listen to it!

If our planet is to evolve and we as humans are to live among one another with love, tolerance, and respect, it must begin with the women! We are the foundation, it all starts at home, how we allow our partners to treat us, our kids, our families, this must all be balanced with love and respect. There must be certain standards set so that people don’t overstep our boundaries; we hold the key, the wisdom, life!
